Cancellation Policy

Bookings, orders and rentals are agreements between the User and the independent Provider. Cancellation windows, timelines and any charges are set by the Provider and should be confirmed with them before you transact.

LOCAL merely facilitates the connection and is not a party to the underlying transaction, and therefore does not process cancellations or refunds for amounts paid directly to a Provider. For platform‑fee matters, see the Refund Policy.
