Platform Fee Policy

LOCAL may charge a one‑time Platform Onboarding & Activation Fee (default ₹51, configurable) for onboarding a business onto the Platform and activating its listing.

• This is a fee for LOCAL's technology and platform services only.
• It is NOT a government fee, NOT a charge for any underlying product/service, and does NOT guarantee any leads, customers, bookings or income.
• A digital receipt is generated for every payment.
• Refunds of the platform fee, where applicable, are handled per the Refund Policy and at LOCAL's discretion in genuine cases (e.g. duplicate charge, rejected application).
