Provider Terms

Providers on LOCAL are independent businesses, not employees, agents or partners of LOCAL. By activating a listing you confirm and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your services, products, pricing, availability, quality, timelines, licences, registrations, taxes (including GST where applicable), fulfilment, delivery and all customer‑transaction obligations.
• All information you provide (identity, category, contact, documents, pricing) is accurate and lawful, and you will keep it updated.
• Where your category legally requires a licence, registration, certification or document (e.g. food, healthcare, finance, transport), you hold it and will provide proof on request.
• You will honour commitments made to Users and handle their data lawfully.
• You grant LOCAL a licence to display your listing content within the Platform and its promotional channels.

LOCAL does not provide the underlying product/service, does not own Provider inventory/assets, and does not guarantee any leads, customers, bookings, revenue or outcome. LOCAL may moderate, suspend, unlist or remove any listing that violates these terms, the law, or User safety.
